Church Parade 04/12/11

We have been warmly invited to attend the Family & Toy Service at St Mary's (9.30am).

As well as taking part in the service, each young person is asked to donate a new unwrapped toy. The toys will be distrubted via a charity to children in families who might not be as fortunate as ourselves.
As we fast approach the season of goodwill I think this is  timely reminder to take a minute or two to think of others and make an effort to buy that toy for the service.

The toy does not have to be expensive, just something to put a smile on a child's face at Christmas.
As this is the last service of the year it would be really good to see as many of our Scout Group (and family members) as possible.
